WOWTix General Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WOWTix website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively referred to as the "Service"), operated by WOWTix ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Service.

Age Restrictions
- Admission is strictly for individuals aged 18 years and above.
- No entry will be permitted for infants, children, and individuals aged 17 years and below, EXCEPT in cases where the event is expressly designated as suitable for this age group.
- The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of age at the entry point. Failure to produce valid identification may result in denied entry without refund.

Ticket Purchase & General Conditions
- All tickets are sold online and issued electronically only.
- All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted under any circumstances.
- The Organiser is not responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed.
- Tickets are valid only for the event, date, time, and venue stated on the ticket.
Sales Policy
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
- Tickets are non-transferable and must not be resold. Any resold or unauthorisedly transferred ticket will be considered invalid and may result in denial of entry.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
- The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any transaction or revoke access if misuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
Dress Code Terms & Conditions
- All attendees are required to dress appropriately and decently in line with the event’s image, safety standards, and cultural norms as determined by the Organiser.
- Fashion-forward or creative attire is welcome, provided it remains respectful, modest, and suitable for an event.
- Attendees must dress according to their gender and ensure their clothing is not revealing, indecent, or offensive in any way. The Organiser reserves the absolute right and discretion to determine what is considered acceptable attire.
- Prohibited Attire Includes (but is not limited to):
- The Organiser reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee who fails to comply with the dress code or refuses to follow on-site instructions from authorised personnel.
- Should an attendee be denied entry or asked to leave due to non-compliance, the ticket will be voided without refund, replacement, or compensation.
- Attendees are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with this Dress Code before arriving.
- The Organiser’s decision regarding dress code enforcement is final, binding, and non-negotiable.
Seating, Zones & Access
- Each ticket holder may enter only the zone or section stated on their ticket.
- Cross-zone movement is strictly prohibited. Zones will be clearly marked and monitored.
- Re-entry into the venue is not permitted once the attendee exits.
- Seating is automatically assigned based on the best available seats. It is not guaranteed that group purchases will be seated together.
- Once confirmed, seating arrangements cannot be changed or cancelled.
- The organizer has the right to change or move the seating if needed.
Admission Policy
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who poses a safety risk, disrupts the event, violates venue rules, or engages in offensive or unlawful behaviour.
- No refund or compensation will be issued in such cases.
- Entry to the event implies acceptance of all venue and event rules enforced by the Organiser or security personnel.
Delays, Postponement & Cancellation
- All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the Organiser.
- In the event of a postponement, tickets purchased for the original date will remain valid for the rescheduled date, unless communicated otherwise.
- The Organiser reserves the right to delay, reschedule, interrupt, or cancel the event due to adverse weather, technical issues, safety concerns, or other causes beyond its reasonable control.
- No refund or compensation shall be made for any changes to the artist lineup, performance schedule, or stage setup.
- If any artist or group is unable to perform due to reasons beyond the Organiser’s control, the event will proceed as planned and no refund will be issued.
- The Organiser reserves the right to change, replace, or add performers, and to modify the programme, layout, or schedule without prior notice.
- The Organiser may amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
Security, Entry & Access
- Security screening and bag inspections may be conducted upon entry.
- Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- The Organiser reserves the right to confiscate any prohibited items or deny entry to any person found with them.
- Attendees are responsible for their personal safety and belongings at all times. The Organiser will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
Amendments
- Organizers reserve the right to add, change, or amend any of these Terms & Conditions at any time, at their sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice.
- Any amendments will take immediate effect and shall apply to all ticket holders.
Other Terms & Conditions
- The Purchaser is fully responsible for reading and understanding all Terms & Conditions before purchasing tickets.
- The Purchaser is deemed to have understood and agreed to all parts of the Terms & Conditions upon tickets purchased.
- The Organiser shall not be held liable for any misunderstanding, negligence, or failure by the Purchaser to comply with the stated rules.
- Any issues arising from the Purchaser’s own error or oversight shall be entirely at their own risk.
- The Organiser reserves the absolute right and authority to issue directions, instructions, or orders to attendees at any time, without providing justification. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.
- These measures are in place to ensure the safety, security, and smooth operation of the event.
- All other ticketing, venue, and event entry rules apply.
